Privacy Notice

We process account details, subscription and billing metadata, workspace records, uploaded documents, research prompts, generated drafts, and audit records needed to operate the service. Customer and matter records may contain personal data supplied by a user or firm.

Legal content is handled as workspace data for the user or tenant that supplied it. Tenant identifiers are derived from authenticated context rather than client-supplied values, and app routes are kept behind authentication.

AI output is advisory. The product is built to show citations, grounding, and review context so a qualified human can verify work before relying on it.

Privileged content is intended to stay on in-region processing paths with external model fallback disabled. Routing metadata may be audited, but secrets, OTPs, audio, and transcript content should not be written to audit logs.

We use authentication gates, tenant scoping, least-privilege worker bindings, and append-only audit records for sensitive workflows. Retention, export, and deletion requests depend on the workspace and account context.
